NEW REVIEWS ON AMAZON FOR ROGUE

Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2025
The family gatherings added warmth, tension, and comfort all at once.
They felt like real families, messy and supportive in the same breath.
I loved how both families could sense the connection between
Rebecca and Alexi before the characters even admitted it.

Rebecca’s loneliness is written with such soft detail that I felt it even
when nothing dramatic was happening. Her quiet reflections,
her attempts to convince herself she is fine, and the way she accepts less than
she deserves were all incredibly relatable.

The guilt Rebecca feels is portrayed with so much care.
You can feel her torn between wanting to honor her past and needing to honor her future.
The book shows that grief and new love can coexist,
and that realization was one of the most powerful themes for me.

The book’s message about second chances hit me hard.
Rebecca truly believed her love story ended the day her husband passed away.
Seeing her slowly discover that her heart still had more to give felt like
watching someone take their first breath after being underwater for too long.
